Welcome to iFile International Immigration Services! We are a Toronto based Immigration consulting firm.
My name is Rajat Batra, a licensed immigration consultant and a member in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants. I am former International student who came to Canada in 2014. After graduating from Sheridan College, I pursued my career in engineering field. However, I wanted to help my fellow International students and decided to become a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant. I became RCIC with a goal of making immigration journey smooth for potential immigrants.
At iFile International Immigration Services, we will work with you to explore and discuss your alternatives for traveling, studying or working in Canada.
Each year more than 400,000 people successfully become Permanent residents. The system of gaining permanent residency is complicated. It is also in a state of rapid transition due to a number of international policy measures and regulatory changes.
If you've been a permanent resident for long enough, you will be eligible to apply for Canadian citizenship. We will assist you with your application for citizenship and lead you through the process. If you feel you may be a Canadian citizen if one of your guardians or grandparents was a citizen at the time you were born, we can help you decide if you had obtained citizenship by birth.
Our team has many years of combined immigration experience. We have the solution for your situation.

Implemented in early 2015, this innovative process is a system where skilled workers can apply to become permanent residents in Canada by entering a pool of candidates. Based on qualifications, work experience, age and various other factors, applicants are awarded points and then possibly selected from the pool by prospective employers.
Yes. Your employer may need to apply for a new Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA), which is a document from Employment and Social Development Canada that says the employer is allowed to hire you. If you are exempt from the LMIA process, your employer will need to pay the employer compliance fee and submit a new offer of employment. You can then apply for a work permit.
